Hampton Inn by Hilton Piedras Negras

I already completed the survey through the Hilton website 5 -Star, but I forgot to recognize the female (don't recall her name) she checked me in the evening of January 24th. She is very pleasant, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. We spoke English and Spanish. She made a few great fitting jokes to make me feel very welcomed. Also, I would like to recognize the gentleman that worked the front desk the overnight of January 24th to the 25th morning. He was very kind and assured me he would call a taxi in the morning, so I could depart on time. When I arrived at the desk in the morning, he was very prompt to call the taxi to assure my departure was prompt! He was also very pleasant, helpful and welcoming!!

I love this Hotel! the rooms are always clean when we stay here. They do take some time to clean the room and will make you wait for about 15 min but always clean from the bed sheets to the floor. Location is convenient because their are restaurants in a walking distance and the service is friendly and will help you find a solution for any problem you have.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and very quiet in the mornings. The walls are very thick so you don’t hear the hallways or people in the next room. The area is very safe. A lot of restaurants near by. The breakfast was very good. The only thing that I would say they could do better is room service. The food wasn’t all that good. The wings were burned and the spaghetti was cold and unflavored. Other than that everything else was great. Very modern hotel I would come again!

Hotel was very nice and very clean. It's far better than the hotel on the United States side. Rooms are nicer and breakfast is way better. Employees are very nice and speak English if you need to speak English. I more than likely will be staying at this Hampton instead of the one in Eagle Pass from now on. It's cheaper too!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel about 4 or 5 times and each visit has been exceptional! The staff are always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Our rooms have always been spotless and the housekeeping staff are fantastic at what they do. You're only a few steps away from great restaurants and bars, as well! Definitely recommend for a short or long-term trip.

Quick weekend trip and stayed here. The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. They offered breakfast and it was good. The kids loved the pool. Honestly only complaint was the AC in the room. It was warm upon arriving and I immediately changed the temperature to a more comfortable setting and left the room to run errands etc and again upon arriving it was still warm so again I changed it to be cooler- this happened unfortunately until I had to call the front desk to ask for help (should of done that sooner I guess) however still had to call the office twice for assistance on their end. But overall great stay

We really love this hotel. I love that with the Hilton app you can do your pre check in and choose your rooms. The rooms were very clean and everyone was so nice. The safety in the hotel is amazing there is closed parking and the elevators only allow you to your own floor. The breakfast was delicious with different options.

Fantastic stay…Highly recommend! Staff very friendly & helpful. Emma from the kitchen staff was very accommodating & helpful. Definitely would stay again.
